Tom Xu

Tom Xu gained his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) Degree from UniSA and joined us in January 2023. He is the team physio for the Modbury Basketball Club and in the past has worked with local football and soccer teams as well. He is passionate about helping clients to solve their injury problems and achieve their goals with manual therapy skills and rehabilitative exercise. His professional interests include acupuncture, joint manipulation, soft-tissue massage/release, and exercise rehabilitation programs.
Prior to studying physiotherapy, Tom worked as a health and safety officer in engineering. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym, swimming, and dancing. He also loves music and dining out with family and friends.
Vrinda Suri

Vrinda Suri completed her Masters in Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy in 2017 with UniSA. She joins us in 2022 having worked as a Senior Physiotherapist at another private practice for the past 2.5 years and has been actively involved in mentoring and training new graduates.
Vrinda’s professional interest lies in the treatment and management of headaches, neck and back pain, sporting injuries and particularly shoulder problems.
She has expertise in manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, strength and functional training and enjoys helping her physio clients achieve their goals.
In her free time, she enjoys keeping fit and well by training and competing in racquet sports.
Adrian Barei

Adrian graduated from Uni SA in 1994 and has worked as a physio in a variety of private practices in Adelaide since then. He has been the team physio for St Peters Old Collegians Football Club, Burnside Rugby Union Club and had treated many state, national and international level athletes. In 2018 he completed his Masters In Advanced Physiotherapy (Sports) at Uni SA.
Adrian's professional interests include back and neck pain, joint pain, muscle and ligament injuries and setting exercise programs for rehabilitation.
In particular Adrian has a special interest in cycling and cycling injuries, and himself is a keen amateur level cyclist regularly training and racing on his road bike.
Paul Wilcock

After 35 years of service to the local community, Paul Wilcock has worked his last day at Modbury Physio. On Sept 30, 2022 we bid Paul farewell and wished him all the best for the next stage of his life.
We know that he will be greatly missed by all of his past patients.
Our clinic owes a debt of gratitude to Paul for consistently being a such a diligent, conscientious and professional physio over so many years.
